The GoldBand™ DL15,000 DNA Marker consists of seven double-stranded DNA fragments (15,000 bp, 10,000 bp, 7,500 bp, 5,000 bp, 2,500 bp, 1,000 bp, 250 bp). Since this product is premixed with 1× loading buffer, it can be used in agarose gel electrophoresis directly. The marker band is 2,500 bp, with a concentration of 100 ng/5 μL. This product is suitable for the analysis of DNA fragments in agarose gel electrophoresis and is not recommended for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Features Distinct bands - composed of single DNA fragments purified by chromatography, a clear band can be obtained. Applications This product is suitable for the analysis of DNA bands in agarose gel electrophoresis and is not recommended for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Laboratory Bench Decontamination 1.1 For aerosol-contaminated surfaces Spray the product directly onto laboratory benches and other affected areas. Allow 30 min for contact time. 【Note】The product may emit a characteristic pungent odor during use. Ensure proper ventilation and personal protection. 1.2 Post-treatment cleaning Wipe the treated surfaces with a damp cloth to completely remove aerosol contaminants. 【Note】For metal surfaces, thoroughly rinse with water multiple times after product application to minimize corrosion. 2. Laboratory Floor and Wall Decontamination 2.1 For large-scale aerosol contamination Apply the product directly to cleaning tools (e.g., mops) and use them to wipe floors, walls, or other large surfaces. Allow 30 min for contact time. 【Note】For extensive areas, soak cleaning tools in the product before use. Maintain proper ventilation and protective measures during application. 2.2 Post-treatment cleaning Rinse the treated surfaces thoroughly with water to ensure complete removal of contaminants. 【Note】For metal surfaces, post-treatment rinsing with water multiple times is strongly recommended to reduce corrosion risks.
