Description
The Complete Adapter Kit for Illumina is a specialized kit designed for DNA library construction on the IlluminaTM high-throughput sequencing platform. The kit consists of 2 Sets, each containing 48 different single-indexed DNA Adapters, totaling 96 unique single-indexed DNA Adapters across both sets. Set 1 includes DNA Adapter 49-96, providing 48 unique single-index adapters. All reagents included in the kit have undergone rigorous quality control and functional validation to ensure maximum stability and reproducibility in library construction.

Notes
1. For your safety and health, wear a lab coat and disposable gloves while handling the reagents.
2. The DNA Adapter concentration is 15 μM. The required volume per library may vary depending on the library prep kit and the amount of starting template used.
3. Each DNA Adapter contains a Universal Adapter and provides one index sequence tag for sample discrimination during high-throughput sequencing.
4. The kit is divided into two Sets, with each set containing 48 different single-indexed DNA Adapters. Together, the two sets can construct libraries with 96 unique single-indexed tags.
5. Do not heat the adapters; allow them to dissolve slowly at room temperature. Optimal lab temperature is 20–25 °C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. We recommend aliquoting and storing at short-term 4 °C.
