Description
NGS dsDNA Methyl Library Prep Kit for IlluminaTM is a double-stranded DNA methylation library preparation kit developed specifically for the IlluminaTM high-throughput sequencing platform. This kit enables the construction of methylation libraries compatible with IlluminaTM sequencing through ligation of specific methylated adapters, followed by bisulfite or enzymatic conversion, and a single amplification step. All components of the kit have undergone rigorous quality control and functional validation to ensure consistent library output. It supports various types of DNA samples, including gDNA, cfDNA, and FFPE-derived DNA.
