Instructions
1. 50× ROX Reference Dye
For the quantitative system preparation: Add 1 µL of 50× ROX Reference Dye to a 50 µL qPCR system.
2. 50× ROX Reference Dye II
1) Preparation method for 50× ROX Reference Dye II: Dilute the 50× ROX Reference Dye by 10 times*.
ROX Dilution Solution: 20 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.4), 0.1 mM EDTA, 0.01% Tween 20.
2) For the quantitative system preparation: Add 1 µL of 50× ROX Reference Dye II to a 50 µL qPCR system**.
【Note】: *It can be diluted and added proportionally according to the size of the system; **For multi-well systems, it is recommended to prepare a pre-mixed solution, and use it after thorough mixing.
