CCL20, also known as LARC (Liver and Activation-regulated Chemokine) or MIP3A(Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-3), is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family. CCL20 is Expressed predominantly in the liver, lymph nodes, appendix, peripheral blood lymphocytes, and fetal lung. The expression of CCL20 is strongly up-regulated by inflammatory signals and down-regulated by the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10. CCL20 has been shown to be chemotactic for lymphocytes. This chemokine may Inhibit proliferation of myeloid progenitors in colony formation assays and it may be involved in formation and function of the mucosal lymphoid tissues by attracting lymphocytes and dendritic cells towards epithelial cells. Chemokine CCL2 was shown to play a role in colorectal cancer (CRC) pathogenesis.

Reconstitution
|
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤ -20°C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.

Shipping and Storage
The products are shipped with ice pack and can be stored at -20 ℃ for 1 year.
1 month, 2 to 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
3 months, -20 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
